Summary

Quiet zones are smaller areas within Triglav National Park which play a key role in the conservation of plant, animal species and habitats.

Description

They are intended to promote protection of the capercaillie, rock ptarmigan, black grouse, chamois, golden eagle, and raised bogs. In these areas, certain adjustments in the context of time and space are needed in terms of visitation and other activities.
