Quiet zones are small areas within the Triglav National Park that are crucial for the conservation of plant and animal species and habitats.
Quiet zones are dedicated to the protection of the western capercaillie, the rock ptarmigan, the black grouse, the chamois, the golden eagle and the raised bogs. Visiting and other activities in these areas are adjusted in time and space.
