Designated paths/places
What are core zones? These are areas in which nature can develop unaffected by human influence. These “primeval forests of tomorrow” are protected by law. There is no use of wood. The functions of the core zones are diverse: Process protection: Preservation of natural processes that lead to unpredictable, jungle-like structures Species protection: Protective space and retreat for endangered animal and plant species Research and education: Places to observe nature and the environment, to experience emerging wilderness and to learn from it.
