The Truffvenn nature reserve near Burbach is located in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm in Rhineland-Palatinate. The 6.4-hectare area, which was placed under protection in 1986, is located north-east of the local community of Burbach. The Tannenbach stream flows through the protected area. The purpose of the protection is to preserve a raised bog complex in the Kyllburger Waldeifel with its rare and endangered animal and plant communities typical of bogs, as well as to protect the peat layer for scientific reasons.
