No paddling between 16. October and 30. April. No commercial trips, trips for training purposes or group trips of more than 5 boats. Only kayaks, canoes and inflatable canoes suitable for whitewater are permitted as boats. The boats must not be occupied by more than 2 people. Boating is prohibited from 5:30 p.m. to 9 a.m. Journeys are only permitted from a minimum discharge of 6 m³/sec. at the Peißenberg gauge. This is indicated by the traffic light colors on the water level tables mentioned on the map. Avoid entering sweeping water. Do not practice in steps and rollers. Islands and gravel banks are to be passed swiftly in the main stream. Excluded from this are the rest, entry and exit points indicated on the map.
