The Haardtrand – Steinbühl nature reserve is located in the district of Südliche Weinstraße in Rhineland-Palatinate. It is characterized by a diverse pattern of land use, comprising vineyards of varying intensity of cultivation. In addition, orchards, shrubbery and fringe biotopes, as well as forest and forest edge areas, characterize the area. This unique landscape is complemented by dry stone walls and vineyard terraces, which contribute to the preservation and development of the area.
