Das Betreten des Wildschutzgebietes Ahornschachten ist zum Schutz des Rotwildes im Zeitraum vom 15. November bis zum 30. April nicht gestattet (Verordnung des Landratsamtes Freyung-Grafenau vom 5.1.1981 und vom 15.7.1982).
