März durch maximal drei Angler in der Gemarkung Niedergemünden und maximal vier Angler in der Gemarkung Homberg (Ohm), ohne Einsetzen von Fischen, auf der Grundlage jährlicher Erlaubnisscheine, welche im Rahmen des Pachtvertrages auszugeben sind, ist gestattet.
