Triglav Narodni Park

Triglav National Park is divided into three conservation areas. The first and second conservation areas together form the central area of the park, while the third conservation area forms the peripheral area of the park.

The second conservation area is intended for sustainable agriculture, forestry and sustainable game and fish management, while preserving the natural and cultural heritage in its current quality. The aim is to prevent new burdensome activities and to gradually fulfill the purposes of the first conservation area, taking into account the development of permitted activities.
